Minimum Hard/Soft requirements:CPU P4 or above, 512M memory

 

After opening the interface of software, there is an item of "language" on the top menu bars, which can be clicked to choose the using language of the software.  

 

Explain of Icons as follow:

(1) : Open the video dynamically or the picture statically;

(2) : Image acquisition; Image storage; Image saved as BMP or JPG format;

(3) Setting of video; Device management;

(4) Manual measurement function;

(5)  Character label and number label;

(6)  Accept the current operation; Undo the current operation, Color;

(7)  Functions of automatic edge finding; automatic measuring and automatic processing;

(8) Movable ruler; Image composition;

 3.Open the video dynamically

(1)After inserting the softdog encryption, and then double-click the icon of  on the desktop of pc, there would pop up the software interface below:

(2)Insert the USB of camera into the computer, and then click the icon of device management of the interface, and choose the item of "Hipower" showing in the following picture:

(3)  Click the icon of "Open the video" to choose the using video device, and then click the button of "Sure" showed bellow, the interface would pop up the dynamic video.

(4) Click the icon of "video setting" to adjust the image specifications of CCD.

(5)The Adjustment of White Balance£ºPut a blank paper on the mechanical stage under the objective lens, and then adjust the brightness of light and focal length until the grain of paper can be seen clearly, at this moment, adjust the R component and B component in the "Setting of Video" to make the image of blank paper display the color of black and white (not close to red or blue), and then click the button of "OK", the adjustment of white balance would be finished.  

 

(1)Dynamic Video Calibration: When running a video, click the calibration icon in the lower right of interface, and then choose the button of " re-calibration" or "rename" or "increase" to adjust the magnification.

 

 

The interface after choosing the magnification that needs to change or increase is looked like the right picture:

The calibration ruler includes one-dimensional or two-dimensional calibration.

 

 

Users can choose one-dimensional calibration (single line micrometer) or two-dimensional calibration (cross line micrometer) to demarcate the magnification, and the scale unit of micrometer is 10 micro meter (It is used by the current example).

Adjust the position of camera until the micrometer is the parallel to the screen, and then select a point on the image micrometer, the second point should be select down on the vertical line, and then pull out X-axis parallel lines which should be parallel with the ruler, at the same time, the beginning and ending should be both on the former or later edge line showing below:

 

 

 

 

 

 

Continue to set up the Y axle specification if you chose two-dimensional calibration.

Right click after finishing the above operations, and there would pop up a dialogue bellow.

Ten units of micrometerx10micrometer=100micrometer

The unit defaults to ¦Ìm, so the input number of the actual distance between the selected micrometer in the above example should be 100.

After the completion of the above settings of calibration, you can preserve and needn't to re-calibrate under the same magnification and camera devices.

(2)Static calibration: The way of static calibration is the same with the way of video calibration except that the static calibration is to demarcate pictures which are already taken.

 

(1)Dynamic measurement: After the completion of the video calibration, the operation of measurement can be done by kinds of measurement icon(The image should be kept statically)

 

The operation of deleting or displaying the measurement results can be done by the right icons on the interface:

Click the icon of  to take a picture if you want to preserve the measurement results, and the images would be auto stored in the image base, and the format of images and the address of image base can be set up by yourself, or the address defaults to C\image\

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

(2)Static measurements: First, open the taken picture, and then you can measure after the calibration of the specifications of the image.

 

This software can edit and export the measurement results directly after the completion of measurement, the operation of which can be finished through the bellow buttons:
